Reports to Operations Manager; ensures Freight Ops KPIs are met for cargo, warehouse, delivery, personnel, and branch performance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• College graduate Bachelor's Degree
• 1 year supervisory level in a Logistics company
• Strong networking, communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of IT/Technology Applications

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coordinate with divisions and departments to meet inbound/outbound targets, inventory, delivery, collections, and order fulfillment.
• Direct daily operations of drivers, checkers, loaders, and warehouse staff.
• Ensure legal compliance, business permits, utilities, and liaison with authorities and banks.
• Oversee pickup/delivery operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and productivity.
