Branch Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Prepares Profit and Loss (PNL) statements, budget reports, and analysis for the branch
• Oversees the day to day operations of the branch and acts as the subject-matter expert for operational concerns
• Handles concerns and queries by walk-in clients
• Builds sales by growing client services and nurturing customer relationships

• Prepares and submit the reports needed by the Branch Manager

• Cargo status

• Daily Sales Performance based on sales value and tonnage
• Performs daily cash count and validates all bank deposits.
• Ensures that all required business licenses are complete and updated
• Ensures that branch assets are fully accounted, maintained and protected from possible damage and theft.
• Communicates all Management directives, department goals, and sales goals to team members
• Monitors the inventory of supplies and non-saleable assets in the branch
