Branch Head

The Branch Lead is responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the Payapa Wellness and Spa branch, ensuring excellent customer experience, efficient operations, and achievement of revenue and service quality targets. This role combines leadership, operational oversight, and client engagement to uphold Payapa's standards of wellness, professionalism, and care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field (preferred but not required)
• At least 1 year of experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, retail, or service-oriented management
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of sales reporting, scheduling, and inventory management
