Branch Head

Oversee branch operations, ensuring efficiency in sales, customer service, and administrative tasks.

Set and monitor sales targets, budgets of the branch.

Handle customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the head office and plant.

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.

Maintain a positive and motivating work environment for the team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge in sales, inventory control, and financial reporting.
• Must be results-driven, trustworthy, and customer-focused.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays if required.
