Experience: 12+ Years in Automobile Service Operations

Experience Required
* Strong experience in workshop operations, team handling, customer satisfaction, and service target achievement
* Candidates with Commercial Vehicle / Passenger Vehicle dealership experience preferred
* Prior experience as Service Manager / Works Manager / Branch Service Head will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
* Handle overall branch service and workshop operations
* Lead and manage service advisors, technicians, and workshop staff
* Ensure achievement of service revenue, labour, and productivity targets
* Monitor customer satisfaction, vehicle delivery, and complaint resolution
