Job Description

  Roles and Responsibilities  
 Candidate will be responsible for vetting of Legal Reports, APF, CF, drafting and vetting of mortgage creation documents and providing constant support to business and credit team in successfully achieving business numbers
 Sound Understanding of Local Laws and Regulations that impact business in general
 Knowledge of Various collaterals and risk associated with them 
 Recommend / Approve the Legal related deviations while safeguarding the risk of the Company
  Any Other responsibilities assigned by the Immediate senior and / or HOD
 Responding to legal Queries 
 Should be capable of handling team of legal managers.
