Job Title: Branch Manager (BM) Role Overview The Branch Manager (BM) will be responsible for overall branch profitability, team performance, portfolio quality, and regulatory compliance. The role involves leading the sales team (RMs), driving secured loan disbursements (primarily Loan Against Property LAP), ensuring credit quality, and maintaining operational discipline while safeguarding portfolio health. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Growth & Target Achievement Drive branch-level login and disbursement targets. Develop and execute local market expansion strategies. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales funnel metrics. Activate and manage local sourcing channels (connectors, brokers, referral networks).
