Branch Manager

This position implements branch-specific strategies to achieve branch targets including but not limited to recruitment of clients, credit investigation, collection, recovery management, branch administration, cash management, and account management.

Basic Qualifications:

• At least About 3 years' experience in the field of Microfinance industry or any related activities or any management function.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of any course, preferably in Business Administration or any related field.
• Willing to travel

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implements policy to avoid delinquent accounts in the portfolio of his branch.
• Endorses to the Area Manager the proposed, payment extension plan or compromise agreement recommended by the SO/RO based on the ability of the client to pay.
