Branch Manager (Bank)

Responsibilities

• Leadership and Coaching: Mentor and guide Relationship Managers to enhance their sales capabilities, deepen product knowledge, and strengthen client management expertise.
• Business Development and Growth: Lead initiatives in client acquisition and business expansion to grow the bank's Priority Banking and wealth management portfolios.
• Performance Management: Deliver regular updates to senior management on team productivity, client satisfaction metrics, and revenue performance.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals, drive market penetration, and strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in wealth management, Priority Banking, or a similar client-facing role.
