Branch Manager

Dearborn Motors Co., Inc. (Ford Calamba) is seeking for motivated, experienced, outgoing, and service-oriented automotive Branch Manager to join our team and coach our salespeople to close more deals and maintain a high standard after sales service. The ideal candidate shall have an experience in hiring, training, and leading a team, a strong passion for people, and a solid knowledge of sales and service best practices and customer retention strategies preferably from an automotive dealership.
Requirements and Qualifications
3+ years of experience in sales and service in an automotive dealership
Solid sales competencies with knowledge of strategies and best practices
Track record of exceeding previous sales quotas and goals
Excellent leadership skills with a passion for developing employees
Knowledgeable in reading financial statements and can create action plan based on analysis
