• Helping the company in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
• Providing leadership and direction to all employees
• Ensuring the branch and employees’ schedules and objectives are met.
• Ensure that the students and potential clients are assisted and provided excellent customer experience
• Communicate personally to potential clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Answering phone and email inquiries
• Help to resolve problems efficiently and effectively
• Support branch’s daily operation while making sure that it is in line with Company procedures and policies.
