Job Summary
The Branch Lead is responsible for overseeing all operational, financial, and customer service activities within the assigned branch. This includes ensuring revenue targets are met, vehicle utilization is optimized, and compliance standards are consistently achieved. The role also involves managing staff performance, maintaining branch profitability, and ensuring adherence to company policies and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead day-to-day branch operations including rentals, fleet management, and customer service delivery.
● Monitor and ensure achievement of branch revenue and utilization targets.
● Implement and maintain operational standards to ensure compliance with corporate policies and government regulations.
