Job Description

• Oversee overall branch operations, sales, and customer service performance
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
• Manage and motivate branch staff to deliver excellent results
• Ensure proper inventory management and showroom display standards
• Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for management
• Build strong relationships with customers and local stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in branch management, sales, or dealership operations (automotive/motorcycle industry preferred)
