People Management

• Conduct morning huddle and game plan for everyday’s target and accomplishment/concern of yesterday’s activities
• Supervise, guide, and develop branch staff; ensure teamwork and high performance aligned with cooperative’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values
• Monitor branch employees’ attendance and performance to implement appropriate actions geared towards maintaining smooth operation
• Serve disciplinary measures when necessary based on admin manual in coordination with the Human Resource Officer

Business Development & Member Services

• Achieve branch targets for deposits and loans; promote cooperative products and services; ensure excellent member/client service
• Monitor loan aging on the coop’s system to identify members before accounts fall due and with accounts due to minimize provision
• Initiate actions when a borrower/member fails to make mortgage payments
