Responsibilities:Promote the Bank’s corporate & community image

Attain the business goals of Retail Channel Management

Institute the branch’s strategies and implement marketing programs and action plans in line with the overall objective of Retail Channel Management

Mobilize and supervise all branch staff in cross-selling of bank products and develop multiple relations with our customers

Enhance the Bank’s image through maintaining decent condition of the branch premises fixtures and equipment at all times

Create an effective communication channel amongst all staff

To ensure the branch daily operation meets the Bank’s requirements in internal control & compliance issues
