Role Introduction
Techbridge Recruitment is partnering with a well-established organisation within the automotive parts and distribution industry to appoint an experienced Branch Manager.
This is a senior operational leadership role responsible for the full management of a branch, including people leadership, sales performance, stock control, financial accountability, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong commercial acumen, capable of driving performance while maintaining high standards of customer service, compliance, and team engagement.
Key Requirements

• Matric Certificate (Maths Literacy minimum)
• 8–10 years' management experience within the automotive / motor parts industry
• Proven experience in automotive parts sales and branch operations
