About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Branch Manager to lead daily outlet operations, ensure food quality and compliance, manage inventory and staff, and deliver an excellent customer experience. This role is ideal for professionals with strong operational control and team leadership experience in food retail or QSR environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, security monitoring, and maintenance follow-ups
• Ensure FIFO implementation, stock availability, and daily physical stock closing
• Supervise FOH & BOH operations, including kitchen quality, hygiene, and SOP compliance
• Manage customer, corporate, and online orders to minimize delays and cancellations
• Maintain strong presence on the sales floor during peak hours
