The role

Kufong Therapy Centre Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our Kota Kinabalu, Sabah location. As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, on-site position in Kota Kinabalu.

Key responsibilities

1. Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
3. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including budgeting, scheduling, and inventory management
4. Identify and capitalise on opportunities to expand the business and improve customer satisfaction
