Branch Manager

Overview

As the Branch Manager at Manjoy Gadget Malaysia Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and performance of our retail store located in Kuala Kangsar, Perak. This is a full-time position that requires hands-on management of staff, customer service, inventory, and sales targets to ensure the success and growth of our branch.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service
• Oversee all store operations, including inventory management, store presentation, and cash handling
• Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure the store meets all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Collaborate with the regional management team on strategic initiatives and business planning
