Branch Manager

Job Purpose

Managing and overseeing branch personnel, supervising branch operations, and ensuring efficient operation on a day-to-day basis. Accountable for Branch Sales turnover to improve the business profitability, cost management, and maximize results to achieve peak performance levels.

Accountabilities

1. Drive and achieve overall Branch Sales Target
   1. Deposit
   2. Investment
   3. Loans – ASBF, SMART MONEY & Education loan
   4. Bancassurance & Banca Takaful product
   5. Credit Card
   6. Business referrals
2. Prevention of Fraud and Losses (internal and external).
3. Effectively control the cost as per budget.

Process

1. Ensure that every staff discharge duties in accordance with:
   1. Branch Manual
   2. BNM Guidelines and other regulatory / statutory requirements
   3. Internal control processes & procedures
2. Ensure satisfactory audit rating.
