Branch Manager: Lead Growth, Lending & Operations

Adams, Inc. is searching for a Branch Manager to lead operations in a growing location near Aurora, Colorado. The ideal candidate will oversee deposit growth, consumer and mortgage lending, and manage a team of five direct reports. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this customer-facing role. This position offers the opportunity to expand leadership into a second branch. Commuting to the area is necessary but residency is not required.
