Branch Manager

Job Summary:

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the branch. This role ensures the achievement of sales targets, portfolio growth, effective collections, compliance with company policies, and efficient team management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 2 years of Managerial experience
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledgeable in credit evaluation and collection management.
• Willing to do Field Work
• Must have Driver's License
