Job Description:
- Helping the company in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
- Providing leadership and direction to all employees
- Ensuring the branch and employees' schedules and objectives are met.
- Ensure that the students and potential clients are assisted and provided excellent customer experience
- Communicate personally to potential clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Answering phone and email inquiries
- Help to resolve problems efficiently and effectively
- Support branch's daily operation while making sure that it is in line with Company procedures and policies.
- Monitor and maintain branch inventory
- Create reports, analyze and interpret data, like revenues and expenses....
