About the role

Inovatif Motor Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our branch in Tawau District, Sabah. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring the overall success and profitability of the branch.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets and objectives
2. Manage, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to ensure peak performance
3. Monitor and analyse branch sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
4. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients
5. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including budgeting, staffing, and inventory management
6. Collaborate with the head office to align the branch's activities with the company's overall strategic goals
