Branch Manager

· Being in charge of the day to day operations of the branch



· Preparation of work schedule, ensures that there is enough number of NA’s on the floor



· Coach, motivates, guide and evaluate staff performance



· Welcomes customers and guests, in charge of receiving payments



· Generate additional sales opportunities by promoting and suggesting other appropriate services



· Handles customer concerns



· Checks and monitors supplies inventory, immediately advise the head office of unavailable items/stock in the branch



· Perform any other tasks that management may require
