Branch Manager - Manufacturing

Our client is looking for a driven Branch Manager to lead their Hume operations. This is a hands-on role where you will take full responsibility for the branch's performance, team growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability. The successful candidate will receive a competitive package of $160,000-$195,000 per year plus a 12% bonus (inclusive of superannuation and a trade vehicle). If you enjoy guiding teams, solving operational challenges, and achieving results in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. You must be and Australian Citizen.

You will manage a branch that is part of a larger NSW network, including a key manufacturing site. You will oversee all aspects of operations, from financial performance to safety, sales, and customer service.
