Qualifications and Standards
College degree preferred in business, finance, accounting or a related field
With basic accounting knowledge
With 2 years experience in Restaurant management
Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
Strong communication , problem solving and decision making skills to effectively resolve customer and employee issues.
Results driven and customer focused
Familiarity with industrys rules and regulations
Ability to use the Internet, Out look, Word processing and Spreadsheet software and position specific software required
