Branch Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Branch Manager is in charge of overseeing and coordinating all operations of the branch. His / Her responsibilities include managing resources and staff, developing and attaining sales goals, delivering customer service and growing the site's revenue.
Establish goals and objectives for the branch, then measuring performance against those goals
Ensure that the branch has adequate staff, equipment, facilities, and other resources to accomplish its goals
Ensure profitability and sustainability of his / her designated branch
Conduct market research studies to identify potential new customers or new uses for existing products or services
Monitor the progress of ongoing projects to ensure that they are on schedule and within budget
Monitor and control the branch's expenses to make sure that there is smooth cash flow
