Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee Rest N Go stations.
• Responsible for promoting RNG products and Rest N Go services to potential customers.
• To provide excellent customer service to walk in customers and any inquiries via phone calls.
• To achieve monthly sales target set by the company.
• Manage sales performance of stations in align weekly, monthly, and annual targets.
• Conducting training sessions with new staff.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Manage a team of employees, providing leadership, guidance and performance feedback.
• Analyses operational data from MRS system to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Analyses operational data and KPIs to assess performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior.
