Lead and manage the team to be a profitable business unit
Identify, create and capitalise on new business opportunities
Develop and maintain outstanding relationships with customers and suppliers
Engage and develop a passionate and dedicated team
What you would do in this role
Develop and implement a Branch Business Plan to achieve business growth specifically targeting operating Mines in Western Australia
Maintain Supply contracts and develop opportunities to grow formal customer contract portfolio
Manage all aspects of Branch operations including P&L accountability
Grow and develop a customer base through excellent service and sales
Lead, develop and coach branch staff performance - create a great workplace culture
