Branch Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To manage & oversee smooth day-to-day branch operations
• To lead & motivate retail & sales staff
• To mentor, advice and provide resolutions to any staff issues when necessary
• Responsible for branch's performance and sales target achievement
• Develop innovative and effective sales strategies & plans
• Perform sales forecasting activities and set performance goal
• Provide continuous service / product education and reinforce service / products' benefits to customers.
• Provide constructive feedback with regards to improvement of the Company
• Any other Ad-hoc duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years of experience in a Managerial / Supervisory level
• Preferably in the Beauty & Wellness industry
• Possess excellent management & leadership qualities
