RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE Sell and oversee the sales of a diverse range of clothing Effectively plan and control the operational requirements within a retail environment Manage, train and develop a team of sales assistants. Be the liaison person between your shop and colleagues within other departments (such as the distribution centre, head office, buyer etc), Ensure exceptional customer experience Be accountable for the replenishment of stock, stock control and merchandising standards within your shop.
