Branch Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Overseeing the overall and day to day operations

· Achieving the daily target sales and lowering food and labor cost

· Reporting weekly inventory, sending and consolidating weekly sales report

· Requesting needed stocks for operation ahead of time

· Relaying the concerns and issues relating or regarding employees to management

· Ensuring the quality of food being served

· Ensuring that all employees follow food and safety standards

· Evaluating probationary employees and recommending regularization of employees

· Strive for increased productivity and customer satisfaction

· Conducting/ assigning everyday huddle
