Sales and Business Development
Responsible for ensuring that branch sales targets are met by checking and monitoring that the job roles and expected tasks of Sales Personnel are being
properly performed. Propose sales strategies tailored to the local market.
Support in identifying new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with clients, contractors, distributors, retailers, and project developers.
Support in monitoring competitor activities and recommend strategies to maintain market competitiveness.
Branch Operations Management
Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Responsible for making sure that directives, promotions, and instructions from the Head Office are properly implemented in the Branch.
