Branch Manager – Earthmoving
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Branch Manager to lead a well-established Earthmoving branch based in Pinetown.
This role requires a dynamic leader with strong operational, sales and technical expertise within the earthmoving industry.
Main Purpose of the Role
The Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the branch, with full oversight of Sales, Service and Parts departments. The role focuses on achieving budgeted targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing Work in Progress (WIP), controlling costs and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
The position reports directly to senior leadership and oversees all branch staff.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Retail Management, Business Management, Operations Management or related field (Minimum Requirement)
Minimum 5 years' experience in:
