Responsibilities

• Recruitment and staffing functions in coordination with HR and Operations Head
• Prepares, oversees, overall coordinator and resource person for the onboarding of new staff in the branch

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 5 years related work experience
• At least 3 year experience in supervisory
• With experience in microfinance industry
• Must be willing to work in Cainta with required travel to other assigned unit office in Marikina & Tanay
