What you'll be doing

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail branch, ensuring optimal efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Manage, motivate and develop a team of sales associates, providing coaching and support to drive high performance
• Implement sales strategies and initiatives to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and oversee stock management to minimise shortages and optimise stock turnover
