Job Description
Drive store performance by maximizing sales, tracking daily, weekly and monthly targets, setting up and managing sales plans and proactively taking appropriate action when required.
Ensuring that all staff have on-going training and development, including product knowledge to support efficiency in sales performance.
Manage and maintain sound debtors' book which is compliant to FSB/FAIS and legislative requirements to ensure correct credit management principles are adhered to, understood and implemented by all consistently.
Drive the reduction of bad and doubtful debts from the respective summary reports.
Manage stock holding and budget according to company norms, stock forecasting, stock balancing, and stock turn.
Reviews receiving and dispatching of stock, as well as packing and stacking of stock in storerooms and correct loading onto delivery vehicles.
