• Direct the day-to-day activities of the Operations Managers.
• Manage and grow provincial accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
• Assist the Regional Director with revenue growth, employee and customer retention.
• Respond to new customer sales requests and inquiries.
• Manage existing customer service requests, inquiries and escalations.
• Ability to provide support in managing employee or customer issues that Operations Managers may have.
