Opportunity The Branch Manager is responsible for balancing front‑line client service needs across all lines of business inside the branch, focusing on customer service efficiency, profitability, employee satisfaction, and ensuring the branch operates in a professional and efficient manner.

Primary Responsibilities • Daily interaction with clients and employees, quoting, and processing new insurance policies. • Identification of client needs and education on additional insurance products. • Encouragement and sale of value‑added products. • Promotion of a superior company image through superior client‑relations skills.

Qualifications
