We are seeking a highlyexperienced, independent, and proactive Branch Manager to join our multidisciplinary team in delivering early intervention and individualized learning support.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Manage and address daily issues in Management & Operations.
• Ensure staff adhere to work ethics and company policies.
• Ensure that staff do not violate the company's SOPs.
• Ensure staff report every incident or accident.
• To conduct interviews.
• Ensure daily arrangements of operation staff fulfill daily operations.
• Monitor disciplinary issues and conduct counseling sessions.
• Monitor probationary staff and ensure the confirmation process.
