Job Description

                    RESPONSIBILITIES:  To manage & oversee smooth day-to-day branch operations 
To lead & motivate retail & sales staff 
To mentor, advice and provide resolutions to any staff issues when necessary 
Responsible for branch's performance and sales target achievement 
Develop innovative and effective sales strategies & plans 
Perform sales forecasting activities and set performance goal 
Provide continuous service / product education and reinforce service / products' benefits to customers. 
Provide constructive feedback with regards to improvement of the Company 
Any other Ad-hoc duties assigned 
REQUIREMENTS:  At least 2 years of experience in a Managerial / Supervisory level 
Preferably in the Beauty & Wellness industry 
Possess excellent management & leadership qualities 
A self-driven and highly motivated person with excellent sales skills
