Role Overview

The Branch Manager is responsible for building, leading, and growing an advisory team under IWA. This role carries full business responsibility (P&L profit and loss accountability) for recruitment, sales performance, and people development, while supporting IWA's mission of delivering holistic financial advice and positive social impact.

• Recruit, develop, and manage a team of Financial Consultants
• Drive sales performance, productivity, and quality standards
• Coach and develop team leaders and future managers
• Manage branch performance (P&L profit and loss accountability)
