Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Drivebranchsales performance and ensure achievement of financial targets, compliance, and service standards
• Oversee allbranchactivities including customer onboarding, teller operations, account services, and front-desk processes
• Manage cash operations, ensuring proper cash holdings, balancing, and reconciliation procedures are in place
• Ensurebranchoperations are compliant with regulatory and internal policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience asBranchManagerwith Premier Banking or Wealth Management segment
• Proven leadership and people management capabilities
• Strong understanding ofbranchoperations, cash handling, and frontline team management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Results-driven with a strong client-centric mindset
