We are looking for motivated and affable individuals who can work in a challenging and fast paced environment. Branch Manager will be responsible for facilitating the day to day running of our tuition centres, including the handling of customer enquiries and administrative tasks like the collection of enrolment fees.

• Attend to walk-in customers and incoming phone enquiries
• Provide course consultation and ensure proper follow-up
• Handle and resolve general feedback and complaints
• Perform general administrative duties, such as data entryand filing
