Plan and execute in-store coaching sessions on products and sales techniques on regular basis
Manage training schedule and developed training module and presentation materials
Assist customers with finding products that meet their needs through in-person consultation
Performing sales of elite hair care products and treatment services
Performing hair care treatments services to customers
Attending to customers' feedback
Job Requirements:
Good interpersonal skills and communication qualities
Energetic with positive attitude
Team player with ability to cooperate with colleagues
Pleasant well grommed and passionate
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
Good coordination, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Willing to work in retail hours ( 11am to 9pm) including weekend
