Branch Manager – Variable Agency Channel - CTC UPTO 14 LPA - Arathy

Lead and manage the branch operations for the Variable Agency Channel.
Recruit, develop, and manage a strong team of Business Associates, Agency Leaders, and Life Insurance Advisors.
Drive sales growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Ensure effective training, mentoring, and motivation of team members to maximize productivity.
Monitor and review team performance; implement strategies for consistent growth.
Build strong customer and advisor relationships by delivering appropriate life insurance solutions.
Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and regulatory guidelines.


Desired Candidate Profile


Minimum 8+ years of Life Insurance Agency Channel / Variable Agency Channel experience.
Team handling experience is required.
Strong leadership, people management, and business development skills.
