Branch Manager

SUMMARY: 
Under general direction, manages the activities, programs and staff of a branch of the OCLS.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Plans, organizes, administers, reviews and evaluates the activities of professional, technical and office support staff.

Interview, recommend and facilitate hire and train branch personnel, assign and review work, monitor work quality and assist to resolve operating problems. Explain and enforce personnel rules and regulations, interpret and clarify policy, maintain discipline, handle employee grievances and maintain harmonious employee relations.

Appraise performance and recommend changes in employee status.
