BRANCH MANAGER with EARTHMOVING Equipment experience
*  Batchelor's Degree in Retail Management/Business
   Management/Operations Management or Related Field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Earthmoving Equipment
* Proficiency in Budget Management and Financial Analysis will
   be an Advantage
* Technical knowledge (Earthmoving Equipment, Operations,
   Maintenance)
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage Branch Operations & ensure all Targets are met
• Mentor and lead the Sales Team to Achieve their goals
• Develop and implement Strategies to increase Sales & Profitability
• Monitor Market trends & Competitor activities
• Maintain strong Customer Relationships &  address any issues or Complaints
