Branch Network Operations Support Lead - Northern California/Nevada

The Branch Network Operations Support Lead is a senior level position responsible for providing operations support services for 4 areas within the Northern California/Nevada market of Citi’s U.S. Branch Network. Additionally, the Operations Support Lead serves as the liaison between operations staff, Branch Managers, Area Managers, Market Director, Regional leadership, and project management teams. The overall objective of this role is to provide day‑to‑day operations support in alignment with Citi’s operations support infrastructure and processes.

• Serve as technical authority for 4 areas within the Northern California/Nevada market, providing advice and counsel related to technology or operations and assisting with operational requirements.
